Stepping Stones Of Windsor offers many financial and food assistance resources for individuals and families in the Windsor Severance RE-4 School District. Items include Financial Literacy, Social Services, Weld and Larimer County Food Banks, heating assistance, prescription assistance, behavioral health and more.

Greeley Family House - Housing assistance for families at https://www.greeleyfamilyhouse.org/. The Greeley Family House provides temporary housing and support services to families who are experiencing housing instability
Greeley Department of Social Services - in Windsor on Fridays
Weld County Services - Comes to Windsor every Mon. from 10am-12pm at First Christian Church (530 Walnut, Windsor)
- Food Stamps - Every Mon. from 10am-12pm at First Christian Church (503 Walnut, Windsor)
- Medicaid (for children) - under the age of 18, depends on income, 100% free, $2 co-pay
- CHP Plus (for children) - income based, $5-10 co-pay, if you have insurance and meet income guidelines
- CICP (for adults) - go through the hospital or doctors accounting offices
- You must have last year's medical bills for previous year, last year's tax forms, and Social security numbers for all household members, child support documentation, and child care information. Re-apply yearly.

Weld County Food Bank (Greeley) - (located at 1108 H St.) Open Mon, Tues., Thurs. & Fri. @ 8am-12pm and 1pm-4pm and Wed. from 8am-12pm. Can go 1 time every 8-12weeks. >more information
Food Bank of Windsor - (located at Faith United Church of Christ (by McDonalds)) Every Tues. & Thurs. from 9am-12pm, 1 time every 6 weeks. Bring pay stub, ID, bill with name and address. >more information
Prescription Assistance - (can be attained through your Doctor's office) You will need tax forms, scripts and application. This is sent directly to the pharmaceutical companies.
North Range Behavioral Health - (1306 11th Ave., Greeley 970-347-2120) Based on a sliding scale of income. Counseling for both adults and children. >more information

Kid's Cafe - The Food Bank of Larimer County Kid's Cafe program provides children at risk of hunger, access to a nutritious meal. Free weeknight dinners are offered for kids ages 3-18 at the Boys and Girls Clubs (Fort Collins and Loveland), the Northside Aztlan Center and the CORE Center (Ft. Collins). Meals are available to accompanying parents at a charge of $2 per meal. >more information
Haircuts 4 Humankindness - Free haircuts are offered to low-income families in the Windsor/Severance area on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month, from 9am-12pm at First United Methodist Church, 503 Walnut St., Windsor. Haircuts are by appointment only! Clients please use the East church entrance. For appointments, please call 970-576-9915 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for First United Methodist Church at 970-686-2368. Clients will be discreetly asked for verification of residency of Windsor or Severance as well as income verification. Of course if there is an economic hardship, clients will not be turned away.
